Email was working fine last night, this morning telling me was wrong password. So tried too retrieve, but keeps on saying that someone else is using my account... Which I know, hence why I am trying to renew password!! I get a security code Sent, enter that but yet again, won't let me change password as someone else is using my account. I've set up a dispute but apparently I haven't provided enough information for them too look into it... So therefore all my private emails are in the hands of someone else with my trying loads if options and getting nowhere. Please help! X
