Hi Im trying to log in to my sons account named above but it keeps on saying "oops looks like someone is already logged into that account"!...Hes not used this
account in a couple of years but he know it has some important personal stuff in there he needs...Ive tried the security form that it prompts me to do even with an alternate email address of (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)which is mine, but that just returns an email from Microsoft
asking for more info?!...Has someone hacked his account?...he do not ever remember being asked for a favourite historical person so am unable to progress with the form...I need help please.Thanks
