My email is working- however when I send emails- it comes up on other's computer as being sent from a Lara M. , which I am not.  How can I change this- when I already changed my password and followed all your instructions online?  My name is Jennifer Malkin.

Also- when I log into my Hotmail- it makes me log in twice?
