i was hacked and hotmail is puting me through a loop, its either i cant log in to hotmail to see the provate message or you send me and e-mail that doesnt help at all with my hacked problem, i have tryed all the ways to recover it and have read all the articals

Alternate e-mail: Goes to an account that I dont know and my family doesnt know it too.

PLEASE dont through me in a loop like the other 3+ requests i have done.
