Hi,

I have recently forgotten my password to one of my email accounts.

I have followed the "Forgot my password" procedures, however the backup email is one I don't have, and have never used/heard of before. So I then put in my new email and all my details, however when I received the email response back, it said:

Recently, we received several requests to gain access to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your ownership using the information that was provided.

I dont understand why it would be saying "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" because this is not my email, and I haven't even heard of this email until now.

I have tried 3 times, and each time it returns with this pinkdiamonds email instead of my own. I have also had people tell me they received some spam and junk emails from my account, so I believe someone has hacked my account. I just want to know what I can do to get it back and change my password?
