I am running Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail.  I am unable to locate any written documentation on how to configure Windows Live Mail the way I would like. 

1 - How dot you send a notice of information to an entire list of emails after they have been entered in a category.  ?

2 - How do you set the application to delete all messages received and looked at so that the deleted messages do not "pile" up in the program?

3 - How do you set the application to always show images for all messages?

Is there a method to "find" assistance on the operation of the program.  The "Help" button is pretty much useless.
