I hope someone is able to help me. I'm trying to make a DVD of my honeymoon on movie maker, and things seem to be going well apart from 2 videos that show up as a green screen in movie maker.

All of the files are mp4 files, and in each of the offending files the audio can be heard fine.

I'm not very technical when it comes to laptop/pc issues but I read about trying to watch the files through windows media player - and in each of the two instances the video works fine.

Does anyone know what may be stopping these 2 clips from working in movie maker?
