Recently I was advised that someone else was trying to use my Outlook e-mail account and that it would be about 48 hours before the issue could be resolved. (I use a PC Windows 7) I could not wait because I use pc primarily for work, and as it turned out a week later my old e-mail issues still had not been addressed. I simply set up a new e-mail address. Tonight I used my laptop for the first time since the incident and lo and behold, it still had the old e-addy on it and of course would not accept my old password. At 76 years of age I consider myself pretty savvy when it comes to computer issues, but I cannot even get into my laptop (Windows 8) That version must be straight from ****, I declare. The developer ought to be tarred and feathered! Has anyone experienced this kind of problem? I am thinking of trying to get it to open by using a Windows 8 upgrade, which I have.
