I know that the tag line is long so I apologize. For the first time ever two of my 4 accounts gave me a error code 5102, can't send or receive emails so I followed the tips and removed the account. Closed down live mail and then reopened it and added the account back in. Now live mail is stuck and can't add it back. I am really pissed off that MSN does not support their own product without coughing up 300 dollars. HELP PLEASE!
