have lost touch with an old email I made years ago with out of date info.
I have spoken to some representatives and all they helped me do was "reinstated after being closed by our automated spam filters". And now they are asking I post an inquiry here
since you might be able to help with my concern better.. I just want to gain access to my account again. Everyday longer just prolongs this headache, since its linked to my Facebook and other websites I use day to day. Give
me the info you need to prove my identity if you don't believe me and I will do my best to do so. Thank you for your time.

I did that and now after submitting a link and waiting patiently for several hours I got an email with a link to view my response but for some reason after opening the link I get the error saying "m**********@live.com is not allowed to view this incident" Someone please help and please stop sending me in circles.. I need help urgently for such a simple request please!!
