Posting this AGAIN because it never got resolved since APRIL despite numerous screenshots being shared and promises of a 'specialist' only to be locked.

I have two old external aliases whos accounts no longer exist on other services (aol and gmail specifically). They are listed on outlook.com as 'outlook alises' and attempting to manage them forwards me to account.live.com where there is ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION OF THEM (sorry for the caps but this is the point previous interactions refused to believe hence the myriad of screenshots I mentioned).

I'm already convinced there is no user-facing way of removing them so I'm asking, very clearly, to have this escalated and a specialist look at my account and remove them manually.
