I'm unable to access a hotmail email account I opened up many years ago.    Is there somehow else I can verify my identity to get a new password issued?    When it issues new passwords they go to an old phone number I no longer have and the email address on file is no longer used either.   I know it's my account because I see I've used it elsewhere on the internet........... can password reset be sent to updated email address?   thank you
