Been trying to send emails and they won't send. Tried changing ports (80, 587, and 3535)that were suggested by godaddy, didn't work. Uninstalled Windows Live Mail and re-installed... didn't work.  Tried to figure out if Avast is the issue and stopped having it check email. The error code I am getting is:

Server Response: 421 Cannot connect to SMTP server (with ip addresses following) connect error 10060

I am not sure what else to try. It's frustrating because this is for a business and not being able to send out emails is causing me issues.
