In the past couple days, I started receiving pop-ups to log into my Windows Essentials 2012 mail as I open the mail icon.  My ID and password were saved in the fields and 'log me in automatically' was checked.  The ID/password were no longer being recognized.  I re-entered my credentials anyway, but they are not longer being recognized.

I keep getting a pop up as I launch or I am working in Windows Essentials 2012, asking for me to log in.  Every time, I receive incorrect ID or password. I even reset my Microsoft account password and tried that....no luck.  I cancel the pop-up now each time it appears and continue working in essentials 2012 mail anyway, but keep getting the pop-ups to log in periodically.  There's only one mail account on my laptop, only mine.

I did run your repair of Windows Essentials 2012 as described above.  I received notice the repair was successful, but the log in pop-up persists and won't recognize my password.
