We have one email account that is managed by a group of people. Is there any easy setting to allow all the emails are downloaded to multiple clients like outlook by using POP3.
IMAP is not the option in this case.
As far as I know gmail resolves this issue by adding recent: before email address, so people get the same emails.
Is general outlook.com email account only allow one forwarding email destination? If it can forward to multiple email addressed, then the question above is not more worried.
