I can send and receive email from my Outlook (Hotmail account) but when I click on a link to send an email to a web-site,

it starts Windows Live Mail 2011 and then I get error message 0x80194194 trying to send mail from Windows Live Mail 2011

and says unable to send or receive message for Hotmail and then lists my Hotmail account name.
