friends e-mail account hacked and stolen / looks like outlook now / should be hotmail, would like to take it back, is that possible?  She can not get to hotmail it takes her right to the stolen accout.  Would prefer to recover the account rather than start over.

This is why i think i have a problem; i speak, read and write only American English?
