Hello Again,

  The response to correct my inability to remove old emails worked.  I removed and reinstalled my Hotmail account (the one with two old emails I could not delete) and the problem was solved.  Now I have another which is more frequent than before.  I can be in either my two email accounts (mostly occurs in my second account- Yahoo).  I could be in the middle of a long email or even just getting started and my computer will automatically close the email then return me to the main start-up screen.  When I get back into the email icon, I am automatically taken to my "Hotmail" account every time.  This is so annoying I now access my email accounts through web-based applications.  In the beginning, sometimes it would save a draft of the email but now it doesn't.  Not sure if I changed anything that could have caused this as I have had nothing but email issues with Window's 8.  Not a big fan of it and prefer Window's 7.  Thanks for any help to fix this very annoying problem.
