Started yesterday.  Going down list folders alphabetically >drafts, sent(has items up to 1/26/17), sent items(has items since 1/26/17), trash(has several deleted files but no "X"to delete all), then deleted w/sub folders>drafts, trash.  Then more folders drafts(has several up to 1/24/17), junk(5 from today 1/7/17 no "X" to delete all), notes, outbox, sent(several has several items including today 2/7/17), trash(has 5 items dated 1/26/17).  Had issues around end of Jan.2017.  Don't recall issues-probably similar but fixed satisfactory and then started having issues again late yesterday about 8pm on 2/7/17.  How do you fix duplicate folder issues and know which ones to keep?  This is an issue that I have dealt with before.
