Hi,

My bt account was hacked "The Stranded Traveller " and emails sent to all contacts, the hacker inserted a live account with the same recipient name into my account to receive all incoming messages and outgoing messages.  My bt account is now clean but it would be appreciated if the live account was closed.

If microsoft monitor this forum please get in touch regarding this matter,
