Problem with forwarding messages using Windows 7. It ill not let me select the people to forward to from my people contact list.

I get the message ready to go & when I select the 'To:' the pop up box blinks & displays a few of my 'people'. When I try

to scroll down to pick my 'people', the box disappears & I'm stuck unable to go any further. HELP!!
