I am trying to get my outlook web app mail to forward messages to another account, while keeping a copy of the message in outlook.  I have created a rule that both forwards the message to the other email account, and puts a copy of the message in my inbox.  However, it doesn't copy or retain the message.  

How can I get my email to forward a copy without deleting it?
