I am trying to forward an email that I have sent to a group contact to another group contact, but I keep receiving a message saying that my mail box is full with an error code. The error code is 0x80004005.

I have tried to sort this problem during the past 2 months, but I have been unable to do so.

I have had private messages that I have replied to giving all of the relevant information, but then I receive nothing further.

I am completely frustrated by this and it is causing me to lose business.

The mail recipients are people who have asked me to contact them.  I AM NOT SENDING SPAM.

I really do not know why I have bought the outlook package for £110 because it is not fit for purpose.

PLEASE SOMEBODY FROM MICROSOFT HELP!!!
