I've only just found out from my client that he's not been receiving emails to his Outlook/Hotmail account that have come from customers filling in a form on his website www.greaselightningovencleaning.co.uk.  It would appear that Smartscreen has not even diverted them to the junk folder, but just blocked them completely, which last month alone has probably resulted in a minimum of £1500 in lost business.

There's no issue with the web form as it works with every other email account I've tested it on (including yahoo and gmail).

Surely there must be an option to turn Smartscreen off or some work around?  My client is now having to run a separate yahoo account just to receive emails via his website and if Microsoft can't fix this then I'll have no choice but to advise all my clients to simply switch away from Outlook/Hotmail.
