I've forgotten my Windows Live password. I use an email address @live.com which manages my calendar entries.

When I try to find a way to retrieve the password or change it I am directed to my microsoft account which isn't the same thing.

I'm going round and round in circles and cannot find anywhere a useful help age.

This community has the same question listed back in 2011 but the links to the answers no longer work.

I do hope someone can help me as without this password I cannot retrieve my calendar
