I don’t know if this is a place to post my problem, but I have been trying for a month to find a solution to my problem of not being able to send/receive e-mails from my default Windows Live account.

Around 5/8/2015 my account was frozen and I tried to sign back in but had forgotten my

Password. I went to help and there I found the form to use to request a reset of your password. I filled it in on line and submitted it. It was rejected as, not enough info to verify who I was. I did this form three times and the rejection was the same. Being persistent I tried again about seven more times and was rejected as, “too many submissions” “page not available” or “server is down, try back later”.

I called Microsoft and they gave me a link. It took me to the same form I have been trying to submit.

I then found a company on line that said they could help me, after 8 days of conversation and over $130.00, I was told to try the same form again. Thanks, it was rejected again.

Then I thought that if I update to Windows Essentials 2012, maybe that would help. It did not,  but it erased my calendar.

Can someone help me solve my problem or send me to a place to do it?

Thank you,
