When I click reset password it says sent reset to 2 acccounts but I don't know which because they are hidden with ***
I'm sure I used this account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as an alternate email address
I have several hotmail accounts and I checked every single one and I haven't received any email resets in inboxes.
I also tried the other option where I filled in details and it said it will let me know in 24 hours but I still don't get reply
Can you please help me to reset the password for my account asap as I need to access it urgently it is very important I do this within the next 24 hours?
