I am a content creator on YouTube and to make the kind of content that I do you need a microphone. I use a high quality microphone that connects via XLR, and in order to get the XLR connection into the computer I have to use an audio interface. Unfortunately, the interface exports the audio file in mono, meaning you only hear the audio in one ear/one speaker as opposed to both. The apps that I use to record audio and stuff have features that force the mic pickup to stereo, however the windows movie maker webcam capture feature does not, at least not one that I can find. I was wondering if anyone knew of a feature if there even is one. Is there a feature to do so? Is there something you must do to the audio track after recording? If not, does anybody know any software that I can use to make this possible? If not it's fine, I'll just find another webcam software and work from there, but considering WMM is free and extremely simple to use, it'd be great if it had one. Thank you!
