Hello,

For the powers that be that made the hasty decision to upgrade outlook.com and leave Windows Live Mail 2012 users behind, I would like to point out that you're going to break customers like me come 6/30/2016 and you have offered ZERO good solutions.

I use my personal Hotmail.com account from home using Office Outlook 365. I'm also able to use Windows Live Mail 2012 if I want, and I can use the Windows 10 Mail app but choose not to, since it's a downgrade from the Windows 8.1 mail app

At work, however, I'm severely restricted in options, and I hazard a guess that most corporate users are with paranoid IT these days

1. I cannot use the Windows 10 Mail app or ANY Windows built-in app, not even the Windows Store, because IT blocks all these "dangerous" apps to avoid data leakage.

2. Even though I use Outlook 2013 for work, I cannot add my Hotmail account to because:

    a. I already use if for corporate email but when I add my Hotmail account, it works for a day or two then mysteriously stops being able to sync. If I only have Hotmail as the only account in Outlook 2013, it works reliably, but of course then I don't get corporate email which is not a viable solution.

     b. Even when it works, using Outlook 2013 for two email accounts is clunky and confusing, often causing me to email coworkers "from my Hotmail address" or vice versa

3. I cannot use the Outlook.com web site because the interface for that app is severely limited and lacking basic functionality in any acceptable email app. For example, there's no way to avoid marking a message read when it's selected, and flagged messages take up valuable space at the top. On top of this, it's display of message conversations is beyond confusing!

This is why I had settled on using Windows Live Mail 2012 as it reliably synced my email, allowed me to clearly separate corporate from personal email, and was decent and usable compared to webmail interfaces.

Can you please re-visit your decision?
