I agree. The displayed fonts appear WAY TOO SMALL on the screen for the selected point size. It would be VERY HELPFUL if in the next update, Outlook would remember the zoom settings when I go to Format>Increase Font Size. Again, this is not about the font size in the composition window, but about the displayed fonts in the message window of the Reading Pane. These messages appear just fine if viewed in a web browser or other e-mail client (including Outlook for Windows).

Does anyone have any solution to this???

To compound this problem, when I have tried to adjust the font on my side to make it so that I can read the email as I am composing it, when others receive my email, they seem to be appearing at random sizes (e.g. I send it at 14 pt, they receive it at 17pt).  It's incredibly difficult to use the Outlook for Mac and appear professional to those I work with.
