An employee who created a live.com account has been fired.They changed the password to the account and are now posting adverse things from the account. I want to change to Outlook.com but I need to tell my recipients that I am doing so. I cannot access the account to change the password and send out my change because they refuse to tell me what it is. I attempted to change the password using the live.com site but the auto response has informed I do not have enough information to do so. I spoke to Microsoft support and they have sent me here.
