Why can't I find someone/somewhere to answer why I can't access my contact list. It was there and then one day - gone. I have tried and tried but NO HELP from Microsoft/Outlook. What do I do now??????

What kind of details can I include? I can't find my contacts. When I go into People all I get is a series of dots going in a circle. I have sent two emails to the "help" people and have heard nothing. Thank you for your help.
