I have this error notification on Windows 8.1 which says 'Files can't be uploaded because there's a problem with a file or folder'. This error followed by a file path. I have managed to take care of this erroneous folder and now that 'busy syncing symbol' on the folder is gone.

So, SkyDrive is back to normal and everything is good. Unfortunately, the above error continues to remain in the SkyDrive app and the icon in File Explorer continues to have a exclamation symbol next to the SkyDrive cloud logo. There are five pending files to upload blocked because of this and the error message won't go away and that exclamation symbol won't go away. 

 Any help would be appreciated.
