I wanted to make a memorial video of my father and just downloaded Windows Essential, but unchecked all the boxes except the one for movie maker. When I went to access the program it wanted me to agree to its usage terms...which I normally don't have a problem. However, it talked about fees and charges that could be incurred, but didn't say what those fees would be for, or how I would even know. I was under the impression that this was a FREE to use download. If this is not the case, I need to know.
