I downloaded windows live family safety with windows essentials 2012 on my win7 PC.

However, when I tried to login family safety website using my windows ID, I failed. The message shows error 803D0010, family safety can not be connected from this PC. I also tried all suggested methods to fix this issue, but without success.

Could anyone help me fix this issue?
