The functionality for setting times has just changed.

It used to have a very useful grid where i could allocate blocks of time when my son could use the PC

Now it only has a single start time and single end time per day (which doesn't even work)

I posted on this over a week ago. First response was ueless then nothing

Several other parents have posted with the same problem

After over an hour on the phone with Microsoft they say the only support available is via this forum

They refuse to give any contact details to lodge a written complaint

Microsoft - please fix this mess and give us back the old version which worked fine

PS it won't let me file this post unless I select a "Product" and "Topic"

But there is no appropriate Product

MS telephone help told me I had to post this problem under Windows Essentials

Very, very frustrated....
