Hello, I my two children's Microsoft Accounts setup for Family Safety reports on the Windows 8 machines they use.
I get the reports correctly just fine. The weird thing is that the name on the report is always blank so I kind of have to guess what child it is for.
So the subject of the email on the report says - "Weekly activity report for "
And in the report itself it again says "Weekly activity report for "
This is probably due to their names also being blank when I log on to https://familysaftey.microsoft.com
But I can't figure out how to populate their friendly name. The Microsoft Account IDs they are using were actually created on an Office 365 tenant so aren't quite your standard Microsoft Accounts (they don't end in Hotmail, outlook, or live). But I can't figure it out. We have tried logging into their Windows Accounts on http://profile.live.com and their names are listed correctly in their profile. So it seems to be something specifically with the family safety site that is wrong.
I don't know if the children are suppose to be able to login to the Family Safety site themselves or only the parent account, but when I did have them try to logon (to see if we could update their display name), the family safety site logs them in but then has a page that says "The page you have requested does not exist, has moved, or is temporarily down". Their name does show up on the top bar with their picture.
Weird stuff, it would be great if we could figure out how to make it work correctly with Office 365 tenant Microsoft Accounts.
