I had family safety working great prior to a re-install of Windows 7 Professional.  Now try to set up monitoring via the Family Safety software after I choose monitor accounts the only option is to save. 

When I click save I get this

The system can not find the specified file error code 80070002.  I tried everything.  Uninstall, re-install Windows Essentials 2012.  First I did a partial install with just Movie and Family.  Uninstalled.  Re-installed full.  Still the same issue.

Please help.  I appreciate it.
