I have this videocamera and now and then I can't copy files from the L840 tto a folder on my C-drive.

I use ONLY Windows 10 and I'm fully updated and the problems looks like this:

The camera is connected to my computer through a USB-port and I have tried different ports and cables - same problems.

7 out of 10 times the computer (HP EliteDesk 8 GB RAM) looses connection with the camera - the green curve showing the speed shows up for a short time, showing probably the right speed, but after a while it drops to 0 and stays there.

I have to restart my computer to get connection again.

EDIT: I've noticed that if I'm doing "things" (marking, Drag&Drop) too fast - the it nearly fails very time - I have to do thing very slowly and precise - marke, wait a while, click for Drag&Drop, wait a while, move to the destination and drop it.

What is wrong here ?
