I have read many threads and I think I understand there is no easy way to get my 2400 contacts from my outlook for mac 2011 to my outlook for windows.  I am asking the questions because it seems like such an OBVIOUS thing for Outlook to do, it is beyond my comprehension that it can not be done.

Can anyone offer me moral support or better yet an answer.
