Hi,

I am trying to export mail messages from Windows live mail to Outlook 2010, so as to create a .pst file to help export thereafter to Outlook 2016.  However, after clicking export to Microsoft Exchange format, Windows live mail crashes, and the export does not happen.

However, I am able to export the mails as Windows live mail format.

Please help, since I need to migrate of Office 365's Outlook 2016 fast.
