In devices and printers, my user-pc has a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark.  I am given the advice that it needs troubleshooting.  When I troubleshoot I amm given the option to: apply the fix.  I do so and it tells me that it is trying to install a driver for , I think,  it was a serial miniport.  The troubleshooter tells me that the situation is un resolved and suggested using you as a community.   I know nothing about computers and a self confessed technophobe.  Please help
