Though my Exchange contacts sync properly with my Outlook client, any new Contacts I create are put into a local folder with the same name as my Exchange folder, though in a different location (just below it).  I can drag contacts I create locally to my synced contact list, but can't create new contacts in it.  Am I missing something, or am I not able to do this?  Thanks!
