I have an Excel file with 250 records in a worksheet which has links to other sheets sharing the same data. When I try to execute  sort or filter commands on the master sheet Excel takes inordinate time to complete the task. I am saving my file on Skydrive and using office365 small business edition licence on my stand alone laptop. I have windows 8 on the laptop. I have shut down all other applications when executing Excel commands.

Any Suggestions.? Thanks
