upon microsoft reset code, it keeps saying "try again,and if you get this message try again later" since july 31,I have tried clearing browser, three different computers, a friends computer, chrome,firefox and IE,I have had it escalated to the 2nd level, reference numbers, etc,the emails keep sending reset codes which do not  work, it says try again. I have been on phone for hours at a time! Please Please help! this is so crazy that no one knows the answer. would love to cncl acct and start over, but xbox says my son will loose all his saved data, and there will be a problem, transfering my year membership of gold which of course is paid in full! help please
