Its been over a month however not able to get a resolution. Is there any further information needed to resolve the issue. Or I should consider it as un-resolved and start looking for an alternative. 

Since thread has been locked by the moderator so I am unable to ask the this query on that thread . 

I had 2 query in the above mentioned link :-

1. Unable to add domain bideoria.com

2. Unable to reset password of the existing domains. 

Need to know do i have to request this every time I face such issue to you people or is there any method so that I can get this issue fixed permanently for me. 

Also would like to know how much time it takes to resolve such an issue .
