Hi, I haven't been able to sign into my .edu account. I keep getting the error message "Error: You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com." I saw other threads from people having the same problem and tried the troubleshoot suggestions there, but nothing is working. Can you help?
