I have followed the suggestions in the above post to no avail.  The post above has been locked and marked as answered by the moderator (the moderator who both posed and answered the question) or I would have commented in that thread.  Locking a thread on an issue that appears to be ongoing in asinine.  Many people an myself have been having trouble logging into our email since the conversion from hotmail/livemail to outlook.com.  There has to be some kind of solution to this issue, but the fix stated in the previous thread does not work.
