I installed Windows 10 on Wednesday. Thursday I tried to open Photo Gallery but it didn't. I got an error message that "MSVCR110.dll is missing from my computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Do I need to reinstall photo gallery, or is there something else that I need to do to solve this problem?
