I purchased a new computer with Windows 8, & didn't think Windows Live would work with it. Months later when I realized that it would work on my new computer, I uploaded my contacts list, which resulted in numerous multiple contacts. When I click the "Clean up Contacts" icon, it opens a page in IE that says -- We can't find that page
The page no longer exists, is private, or might have moved. Make sure the web address is correct or try using a different link.

I thought maybe it was a temporary issue, that maybe the site was down, but I have tried over and over again, and I am unable to clean this up. 
When I run the Live email in my Internet Explorer Web Page, it does seem to work, but the place where I am having this problem is where I have my Live Mail set up on my computer alone as an app. I have done a Print Screen to show the area where I have this problem, and another one where it seems to work. I really want to use the app on my computer, as opposed to the one on IE. Can you explain what the problem is and how I can fix this?

Where my Contacts does work, but I like to use the other email.
